Complaint against Samsung Customer Care

I had purchased a Samsung waching machine 18 months ago. It stopped working and I registered a complaint (No. 8406633841
) on 20th of October 2009. I got a call 2 days later from the customer care who promised to send somebody within 24 hours. Nobody turned up. I tried calling their local numbers and most of the time no one picked up the phone. Finally I got through a person who said they have not recieved any complaint. I called up again after few hours and the person who picked up the phone said they had received the complaint previous day. That means the girl who spoke to me earlier lied. I got a promise again that my complaint will be handled on next day and no one has come to service the waching machine yet. I advise people not to buy any Samsung products.
