Kadai Paneer


Ingredients

Paneer (cut in triangular shape) - 400 Gms
Tomatoes (chopped) - 4 Nos
Ginger (chopped) - 1/2 Tsp
Garlic paste - 1 tsp
Coriander Seeds - 1 tsp
Whole red Chilly (cut in to 2 or 3 pcs) - 2 Nos
Freshly ground Garama masala - 1/2 tsp
Capsicum (long strips) - 1 No.
Ginger (long strips) - 1 No.
Coriander leaves
Kasoori Methi - 1 tsp
Red Chilly Powder
Salt to taste

Method

Heat oil. Add coriander seeds, whole red Chilly till brown
Add green Chilly, chopped Ginger, Garlic paste. Fry a little
Add tomatoes, Salt and cook covered with little water.
When oil leaves the tomatoes, add red chilly powder, garam masala powder, capsicum and paneer. Mix well
Add ginger strips, coriander leaves and kasoori Methi and Mix
Serve hot.
