Ingredients
Noodles - 200 gms
Cabbage (shredded) - 200 gms
Carrot (long strips) - 100 gms
French Beans (long strips) - 100 gms
Capsicum (long strips) - 100 gms
Ajinomoto powder (level) - 1/4 tsp (optional)
Soya Sauce - 1 tsp
Refined oil - 6 Tbsp
Salt - 1-11/2 tsp
Chillie Sauce - 1 tsp
Brown Vinegar - 1 tsp
Method
Boil plenty of water. Add 1 tbsp oil to it. Break the noodles
into big pieces and add to the boiling water and cook till noodle
becomes soft. Then drain it into a container and wash under running
water. Put 1 Tbsp oil to the noodles and let them dry
Cut the vegetables into long strips
Heat 4 Tbsp oil in a vessel thouroughly and add the vegetables
and ajinomoto powder. Cook on high flame for 3-4 minutes stirring
contineously
Fry noodles in 2-3 Tbsp oil. Add soya sauce, vegetables and cook
for 2 mins.
Sprinkle Chillie Sauce and Vinegar & mix
Serve hot with Chillie sauce and Chillies in vinegar
