Palak Puri


Ingredients

Palak (spinache) - 200 gm
Green chilly (optional) - 2 to 3
Atta - 2 Cups
Suji - 3-4 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Ghee - 2 tsp
Oil for frying

Method

Wash palak well. In boiled water add salt and palak and cook till palak becomes soft and dark green in color. Transfer immediately to cold water. Squeeze water and grind to a paste with green chilly
To the atta, add suji, salt, palak paste and ghee. Mix well. add water if required and knead into puri dough.
Make small round ball of size of lemon.
Roll & fry in oil and ghee
