Chinese Fried Rice


Ingredients

Uncooked rice - 200 gm
French beans(small pieces) - 100 gm
Capsicum(small pcs) - 100 gm
Cabbage(small pcs) - 100 gm
Soya sauce - 2 tsp
Vinegar - 1 tbsp
Ajinamoto - 1/2 tsp
Refined oil - 6 tbsp
Chilly sauce - 1 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp (level)

Method

Clean, wash and soak rice for 20 minutes. Add enough water, oil, soya sauce and cook till half done. Drain of the excess water, add 1tsp oil and cover it. Each grain of rice should be separate.
Cut the vegitables into small cubes.
Heat the 4 tbsp oil thoroughly in a vessel, add the vegitables and the ajinamoto.Cook on high flame for 3-4 minutes tossing countinuosly.
Remove from fire.
In a thali, toss all the veg in the rice and spinkle vinegar, chilly sauce,1 tbsp soya sauce and salt.
Serve hot with chillies in vinegar, chilly sauce, and sweet and sour veg.
