Sweet & Sour Vegetables


Ingredients

Vegetables cut into pieces - 400 gm (cawliflower,cabbage,beans,onions,carrot,capsicum)
Ajinamoto powder - 1/2 tsp
Refined oil - 4 tsp
Pineapple (chopped) - Few pieces

For the souce

1 cup water, 1 tsp chilly souce, 4 tsp tomato souce, 4 tsp synthatic vinegar, 4 tsp soya, 1 tsp soya souce, 1/2 tsp ajinamoto powder, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper, 1tsp cornfloor.

Method

Heat the oil in a vessel and add the vegitables and the ajinamoto. Cook on high flame for 4-5 minutes.
Mix and boil all the ingredients of the sauce except cornfloor.
Mix cornfloor with 1/2 cup of cold water and mix into the sauce.
Cook and stir till the sauce is thick.
Add the prepared vegitables, salt and pepper according to your taste and cook for 2 minutes.
Add chopped pineapple pieces.

Serve hot with chinese fried rice and chowmein.
