Puliogare Anna


Ingridients:

Cooked Rice- 2Cups
Groundnut-1/2 cup
Byadagi Chillies-6 nos
Oil-2tbsp
Mustard Seeds
Curry leaves
Salt to taste

For the Gojju:

Soak tamarind in water (Size of a Mosambi)
Dhaniya 6 tbsp
Jeera 3 tbsp
Pepper 1 ½ tbsp
Methi seeds ½ tbsp
Dry Copra 1 cup
Cinnamon 2" piece
Red Chilli powder 1 tbsp
Roast the above ingredients and grind it into a smooth powder.
Heat oil in a pan. Add Mustard seeds,Curry leaves, above said powder and tamarind juice. Boil till the sauce thickens.

Heat Oil in a pan. Add musard seeds,curry leaves, chillies and groundnut.
Add this to the cooked rice, mix 4tbsp of gojju, mix well and serve
