Bakala bhath


Ingredient

Vermicelli - 1 cup
Curds - 3 cups
Green chillies - 2 to 3 chopped finely
Ginger - small piece chopped finely
Coriander ( cilantro ) leaves – a handful
Salt to taste
For seasoning :
Oil - 4 tbsp
Mustard seeds – 1 tsp
Cashewnut - 7 to 8
Urad dal - 1 tsp

Method

Boil and strain the vermicelli.Cool.
Add the remaining ingredients and mix in a bowl.
In gas keep a pan and add oil ans the ings for seasoning.Add this to
the vermicelli.
Serve immediately. Ideal for lunch or dinner.
