Dosa (Mangalorean)
Ingredients
raw rice - 2 cups
grated coconut - 1/2 cup
salt to taste
water - as per requirement
Method
1. Wash rice and soak it for 2 hrs.Drain.
2. Grind together rice and coconut until very smooth.
3. Add water to the batter ( it should be watery ).Add salt.
4. Heat a pan over high flame and smear it with oil.Put little
batter and tilt the pan to form an evenly thin layer all round
the pan.Remove when it leaves the edges.
5. Serve hot with coconut chutney or mangalore chicken curry.
