Kai vada


Ingredients:

Rice -2 cups
Coconut – 1 Full
Salt -as per taste
Oil or ghee –For Frying
Water


Method:

1. Soak the rice in water for about 5-6 hours
2. Then grind it with grated coconut to make a bit rough paste adding little water.
3. Add salt to taste and mix the dough.
4. Now make small balls out of the dough and then roll out small puris out of it.
5. Now take oil in a pan and heat it properly and then fry up these vadas.
6. Serve hot with coconut chutney or bhaji.
