Ingredients:
Bhindi (lady's finger) 6 to 7
Medium size onion 1
garlic 2-3
besan powder 3-spoon
curds 1 bowl
sugar
salt
coriander powder 1/2 sp
turmeric powder 1/2 spoon
jeera powder 1/2 sp
hing powder pinch
red chilly 4
curry leaves
mustard-1 spoon
oil
Method
In a pan mix curds , besan powder and little water thoroughtly
to thin consistency adding 1/2 spoon sugar and salt for taste
. cook it in low flame stirring. keep stirring till it boils well
and the taste of besan is changed. can add water to make the consistency
even (dosa batter consistency). In a frying pan add oil-2 spoon
for seasoning. put mustard. after it splits add onion, curry leaves,
red chilly, coriander powder jeera powder hing, turmeric and stir
and fry add lady's finger cut into thin slices to this and fry
it. After fried add this to the curd mixture and get a boil. bhindi
kadi goes well with rice and also with chapati and poori.
