Bottle Guard Kheer

Ingredients:

250 gms Bottle Guard (Lauki/Doodhi/Sorekai) peeled and grated
200 gms sugar
1/2 Litre Milk
Pinch of Cardamom Powder
Dry Fruits frid in ghee

Method

Grate bottle guard and boil in cooker and coarsely grind it. Boil milk in a vessel and condense into half then add sugar and boil it add bottle guard and bring it to a boil. lastly add cardamom fried dry fruits. Serve chilled
