Pork Curry – Coorg style

Pork 1 kg
Red chilli powder according to taste
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Pepper powder 2-3 tsps
Salt to taste.
Black masala 2-3 tsps
Black vinegar 1 tsp ( Also known as Pulineer)

Green masala: grind the following ingredients .
Onions 2 big sized
Green chillies 8 nos
Pods of garlic 15-20
Ginger 3”
Coriander leaves 1 bunch.

Ingredients for the black masala
Coriander seeds 1 tbsp
Cumin seeds ( jeera ) 1 tsp
Mustard seeds ½ tsp
Pepper corns 1 tsp
Garam masala
Roast the above ingredients separately on low flame and dry grind it.

Method:
Keep 2 cups of water in a heavy bottomed vessel and when it starts boiling add the ground green masala. Let it boil for 5 minutes and then add the pork ( pork has to be marinated with salt,red chilli powder and turmeric powder).
When it is half done.add the black masala,pepper and the black vinegar .
Cook till pork is fully done.
