Onion Capsicum gravy
Ingredients
Capsicum - 500 Grams
Onion - 4 Nos.
Green Chilleys - 10 Nos.
Bengal Gram - 1 Small cup
Grated coconut - 1/2
Jaggery - 1 Tea spoon
Mustard Seeds - 1 Tea spoon
Salt to taste
Tamarind paste to taste
To Prepare masala grind Grated coconut and Bengal gram together.
Preparation
Cut Onion and Capsicum into square shaped pieces.
Heat oil in a pan and add mustrad seeds and capsicum and fry for
a minute. Add onions and fry till it becomes soft. Add ground
masala, some water, jaggery, salt, tamarind paste and cook till
it mixes well.
