Ingredient
Broken Rice - 3 cups
Water - 6 cups
Grated Coconut - 1 1/2 cup
Salt to taste
Method
Soak broken rice, salt in water for 30 minutes.
Take 3 plates. Using serving spoon, put 4 spoons of soaked broken
rice, and 8 spoons of water to each plate and sprnikle garted
coconut on top. Place the plates one top of the other and pressure
cook for 20 minutes in a idly steamer. Cool it and cut it in diamond
shape and serve with chicken curry.
