Chicken
- 1 kg
Onions - 4 big size
Capsicum -2
Garlic - 12 flakes
Ginger - 1. 1/2
Green chillies -5-6
Juice of a lemon - 1
Red chilly power - 1 tspn
Pepper Powder - 1 tspn
Soya sauce - 3 - 4 tspn
Aginomoto - 1/4 tspn
Salt to taste.
Method
Cut
onions & Capsicum length wise.
Grind to smoth paste - ginger,green chillies to a smoth paste.
To this add 1 tspn red chilly powder. 1 tspn pepper powder,1 lemon
juice, salt to taste & mix well. Marinate the chicken pieces
in this masala for half an hour.
heat oil in a pan. fry onions till light brown and keep aside.
In the same oil put the marinated chicken pieces. Cook the chicken
pieces till tender, On a low flame.
Let all the water evoperate & fry the chicken pieces. Finally
add the browned onoins, capsicum, 3 to 4 tspn soya sauce, 1/4
tspn, Aginomoto, corriander leaves and mix well. Remove from fire
after 5 minutes.
