White of an egg
Red chilly powder - 2 tspn
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tspn
Tandoori chicken masala - 2 tspn
Curd - 3 tbsp
Maida flour - 2tspn
Corn flour - 2tspn
Tandoori colour
Salt to taste
Method
Beat
white of an egg till fluffy. To this, add all the ingredients
and mix well. Marinate chicken pieces in this masala at least
for 2 hours. than deep fry in the oil.
